United States Shipping Policies
The following terms apply to all shipments made within the United States.
-The prices published on the website do NOT include shipping costs, except when expressly indicated by a reference or particular promotion.
-The prices of the products may change at any time without prior notice, promotions from other websites cannot be combined with those presented on this website.
-The customer must provide a valid address that can be found within the United States where the order can be delivered. In case the client provides an address that is not located by the shipping company or any other additional cost will be covered by the client. We cannot process orders with an incomplete delivery address.
When will we ship your order and what are the delivery times?
In general, orders will be delivered to the shipping company one business day after payment is confirmed.
– If the payment of your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you receive the payment confirmation.
– If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time is available from the next business day of the confirmation of your payment.
– You should also keep in mind that only orders that occur before 4:00 pm count as the same day; all requests that occur after 4:00 p.m. it will be counted towards your official delivery time from the next business day.
– Once the order has been dispatched, we will send an email confirming the shipment of your order, with the tracking number and the name of the shipping company.
We deliver in all cities where there is coverage through the transport companies that provide services to us. In deliveries we totally depend on the conditions of each of the transport companies, the weather conditions and risk areas of each transport company.
What should you bear in mind when receiving your order?
-We urge all our clients to examine the packages for damage or alterations upon receipt, all packages sent by us are perfectly packaged, in case the package shows signs of abuse (open, beaten, perforated box, wet, etc.) you should report it to us immediately to the email info@madecolombia.com (Subject: Package with anomalies USA)
-If you suspect that the box that the parcel service employee is giving you does not contain what you bought either due to the weight or size of the packaging, you must report it to us immediately to clarify your order to the email info@madecolombia.com (Subject: Package with anomalies USA)
-Once the package is received by you or someone at the delivery address, you have 12 hours to report anomalies due to physical damage or missing from your order, after this period no change or claim will proceed.

-Shipping prices are calculated according to the final destination of the package and the volumetric weight of the packaging that contains the product (s).

NOTE: Be sure to look for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so they cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, such as a neighbor or an apartment office manager, accepted the delivery on your behalf.
