Colombia Shipping Policies

We ship within the Colombian territory, security, coverage and quality of service are essential so that your purchase reaches where you are.

The following terms apply to all shipments made within Colombian territory.

-The prices published on the website do NOT include shipping costs, except when expressly indicated by a reference or particular promotion.

-The prices of the products may change at any time without prior notice, promotions from other websites cannot be combined with those presented on this website.

-The customer must provide a valid address that can be found within Colombia where the order can be delivered. In case the client provides an address that is not located by the transport company or any other additional cost will be covered by the client. We cannot process orders with an incomplete delivery address.

When will we ship your order and what are the delivery times?

In general, orders will be delivered to the shipping company one business day after payment is confirmed.

– If the payment of your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you receive the payment confirmation.

– If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time is available from the next business day of the confirmation of your payment.

– You should also keep in mind that only orders that occur before 4:00 pm count as the same day; all requests that occur after 4:00 p.m. it will be counted towards your official delivery time from the next business day.

– Once the order is dispatched, we will send an email confirming the shipment of your order, with the tracking number and the name of the transport company providing the service.

We deliver in all cities and municipalities where there is coverage through the transport companies that provide services to us. In deliveries we totally depend on the conditions of each of the transport companies, the weather conditions and risk areas of each transport company.

What should you bear in mind when receiving your order?

-We urge all our customers to examine the packages for damage or alterations when receiving and signing for receipt, all packages sent by us are perfectly packaged and vinyl-wrapped in case your order is delivered with physical damage due to part of the transporter, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the parcel service employee indicating that the package shows signs of abuse (Box open, beaten, perforated, wet, etc.) Without this note you receive the package at accordance. If the parcel service employee does not allow you to write down on the delivery manifest you should NOT receive the package.

-If you suspect that the box that the parcel service employee is giving you does not contain what you bought either because of the weight or size of the packaging, you should NOT receive it, indicating the reasons to the parcel service employee and you must report it immediately to us to clarify your order to the email info@madecolombia.com (Subject: Package with anomalies Colombia)

-Once the package is received by you or someone of legal age at the delivery address, you have 12 hours to report anomalies due to physical damage or missing from your order, after this period no change or claim will proceed.

IMPORTANT:

-Shipping prices are calculated according to the final destination of the package and the volumetric weight of the packaging that contains the product (s).
